These terms cover your use of fireflykidsco.ca, the free guide, and the videos linked from it. By using the site, you agree to them.

Education, not treatment

Everything on this site, including the free guide, the videos and the Write with Confidence course, is general education for parents and caregivers. It is not an individual assessment, diagnosis or treatment, and using it doesn’t create a therapist and client relationship with Andrea.

Every child is different. If you have concerns about your child’s development, speak with a regulated health professional who can assess your child in person.

Using the content

The text, guides, videos and images on this site belong to Firefly Kids Company. You’re welcome to use them at home with your own family. Please don’t copy, resell or republish them without written permission. Sharing a link is always welcome.

The course

Write with Confidence is sold and delivered through Thinkific. Its price, refund policy and access terms will be shown at checkout when the course opens. [Andrea: add your refund policy here once decided.]

Other websites

The site links to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and other services. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

Limits

I work hard to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it’s provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Firefly Kids Company isn’t responsible for decisions made based on general information on this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
